  • Follow-up tools: Maybe someone didn’t get the job, but they were a strong candidate. You can set a reminder or even automate a check-in later: "Hey, we’re hiring again in April—still interested?" 
  • Onboarding integration: Some platforms (like isolved, which we use) let you move a new hire straight into onboarding. One click, and they’re filling out paperwork before their first day.
