Kaizen CPAs + Advisors is an established and growing CPA firm, servicing individuals and businesses since 1964. We have five convenient locations. Our Illinois offices are located in beautiful Antioch, Arlington Heights, South Barrington, and Lake Zurich, and our Wisconsin office is located in the wonderful city of Kenosha. Though our offices are located in northeastern Illinois and southeastern Wisconsin, many of our clients extend south into the Chicago metropolitan area, further north in Wisconsin, and across the United States.

My time with this firm has been a wonderful experience. I value my teammates, my mentors, and the culture that Kaizen has worked hard to achieve. As Onboarding Manager, I get to help small-to-medium sized businesses feel confident that they made a great choice when they decided to sign their engagement agreement with us. Too often I hear, "My old accounting firm never explained this stuff to me," and have lost count of how many clients say that they have a better—and more accurate—picture of their financials because of our work. I truly enjoy being part of the Kaizen team and the "home" that I feel here.
